Equipment

  • 1 champagne flute
  • 1 plate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful frozen cranberries
  • 2 ounces cranberry
  • 4 ounces sparkling white grape juice
  • 2-3 drops orange extract

Garnish

  • 1 fresh cranberry
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Nip open a fresh cranberry and rim the champagne flute.
  • Dip the rim of the champagne flute in sugar.
  • Drop the frozen cranberries into the glass.
  • Pour cranberry juice and orange extract into the glass.
  • Fill the glass to the rim with sparkling white grape juice.
  • Add the sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
